So, at the office we are kicking off another wellness challenge. Our wellness team (of which I am a part) has gotten into the habit of making silly videos to show at our staff meeting to kickoff each challenge. This is the latest creative effort (I am the camerawoman). Enjoy - it was a fun Monday evening putting it together!
